Collaborative sculpture project custom-built by woodworker James McCrea, using 100% reclaimed materials. Upper structure composed of layered plywood, glued/pressed and routed to desired shape. Featuring hand-shaped round orb. Sits atop detachable custom-welded iron base.
Designed and painted by Nicholas Tindall. Debuted during Photosynthesis solo show in May 2015.
Dimensions: 4 1/2 feet tall x 5 feet long x 6 inch wide (base 18 in width). Total weight approx. 250 lbs.
